Choice M supplies a various range of premium quality chilled/freshly frozen meat to South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore regions.

Choice M complies with all necessary import/export regulations such as Halal, USDA, HACCP and EU. Also, we understand the importance of meeting export and import requirements from the country of origin (Australia) and all receiving countries to ensure the quality and timely arrival of the product.

Choice M was established in August 2003 nesting its head office on the Gold Coast, a coastal city located in the South East of Queensland, Australia. Since the foundation of the company, it has been exporting a diverse range of meats, including prime beef, veal, lamb, mutton, and goat products from Australia and NZ.

Choice M works closely with farmers and butchers to ensure the quality of products which we deliver to our customers. We regularly visit the plants and have meetings with production managers to control the specifications and meet customer expectations.

Choice M is an Aus-meat certified Non Packer Exporter, and we are being audited annually by Aus-meat. Also, the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS) overlooks that the production and export standards.
